Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices we wish to inform that Trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01.01.2025 till the conclusion of 48 hours after declaration of financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31.12.2024.
