Board Meeting Outcome for Declaration Of Interim Dividend For FY 2024-25

We wish to inform the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. March 21 2025 have considered and declared interim dividend for the financial year 2024-25 of Rs. 9.00/- per equity share i.e. 90% of face value of Rs.10/- per equity share. Further the Board of Directors have fixed Thursday March 27 2025 as the Record Date to determine the eligibility of shareholders to receive the aforesaid interim dividend.
