This is to inform you that in terms of the provisions of SEBI(PIT) Regulation 2015 and in compliance with the terms of code of conduct framed there under the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company for all its promoters Directors other Designated employees and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from 01.04.2025 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2025.
