Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders (Code of Conduct) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons covered under the Code of Conduct from 01st January 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending 31st December 2022.
