Further in continuation to our earlier intimation dated December 30 2024 and January 31 2025 in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulation Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated persons The Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company for all the Designated persons including insiders had already been closed w.e.f 01st January 2025 and the same shall now re-open on February 16 2025.
