Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 this is to inform you that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today the 14th August 2021 has inter-alia approved Unaudited Standalone Quarterly Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2021. <BR> The above matter has been duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting which commenced at 5.00 p.m. and concluded at 05.30 p.m.<BR> <BR> We are submitting herewith the certified true copy of the aforesaid unaudited quarterly results<BR> along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. <BR>
