Pursuant to provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that window for trading in securities of the Company shall remain close for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday 1st April 2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 4th quarter and FY ended on 31st March 2025 for the FY 2024-25 and the trading window shall re-open thereafter.
