LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Wednesday 30.04.2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial year ended 31.03.2025 and to recommend the dividend if any for the financial year 2024-25.

In terms of SEBI PIT Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all directors / officers / designated employees including their immediate relatives from Tuesday April 1 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of its Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31.03.2025.

The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on Wednesday 30.04.2025 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31.03.2025 and to recommend the dividend if any for the financial year 2024-25
