Pursuant to Regulaion 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions we inform you that the Board Of Directors of the Company as its meetingheld today i.e. 22nd January 2025 inter-alia considered and has approved the commencement of water trials aimed at enhancing the production capacity at its new fertilizers unit located in Ratnagiri Maharashtra.
