With reference to the captioned subject and in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that amongst other matters the following decisions have been taken at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. February 20 2025 :The Board of Directors has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on December 31 2024. Attached please find the Audited Financial Results together with the Auditors Report thereon in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations.
