Jayshree Chemicals Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/04/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 and 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held through Video Conference on Tuesday 22nd April 2025 to consider and approve inter-alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2025.Further as informed by our above referred letter dated 26th March 2025 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from 1st April 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto 24th April 2025 (both days inclusive).

Pursuant to the requirements of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are submitting herewith the Certificate from our Register i.e. M/s Niche Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for the quarter ended 31st march 2025.

Appointment of Shri Rajesh Kumar Singhi (Whole time Director & CFO) of the Company as the Nodal Officer w.e.f 01.04.2025 as per Rule 7(2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016
