Initial public offering of 102,00,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (Equity Shares) of Sah Polymers Limited (The Company or The Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 55 per equity share) (Issue Price) aggregating to Rs. 66.30 crores (Issue). The offer cpmrises of fresh issue only. The issue shall constitute 39.54 % of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company.The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10. the issue price is 6.5 times the face value of the equity shares.Bids can be made for a minimum of 230 shares and in multiples of 230 equity shares thereafter.
