Piotex Industries Ltd IPO Details

Initial public issue of 15,39,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each (Equity Shares) of Piotex Industries Limited (Piotex or the Company or the Issuer) for cash at a price of Rs. 94/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 84/- per equity share (the Issue Price), aggregating to Rs. 14.47 crores (The Issue), of which 78,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 94/- per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 84/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.73 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the Market Maker Reservation Portion). The issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. issue of 14,61,600 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each including a share premium of Rs. 84/- per equity share aggregating to Rs. 13.74 crores is hereinafter referred to as the Net Issue. The issue and the net issue will constitute 30.17 % and 28.64%, respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The face value of the equity share is Rs. 10/- and the issue price is Rs. 94/- the issue price is 9.40 times of the face value.

Objective of issue

Funding the working capital requirement. General corporate expenses.
