Infronics Systems Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/11/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday November 13 2024 at the Registered Office of the Company to consider the following agenda: 1) To Consider the Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended September 30 2024 2) To consider any other matter with the order of the Chair. Further as intimated earlier pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders adopted by the Company the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company by all designated persons shall remain closed from October 01 2024 till 48 hours post declaration of the Un-Audited financial results for the Quarter ended September 30 2024.
