To consider and approve the Stand-Alone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2017 and Limited Review Report thereon.<BR> <BR> Further in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation] 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors officers designated employees of the Company from February 8 2018 to February 16 2018 (both dates inclusive).
