Closure of Trading Window

In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation] 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors officers designated employees of the Company from November 09 2017 to November 16 2017 (both dates inclusive). The trading window in respect of dealing in securities of the Company shall reopen from November 17 2017.<BR> <BR> This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of Info-Drive Software Limited which is scheduled to be held on November 14 2017 to inter-alia consider the Unaudited Stand-Alone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30 2017.<BR>
