Company has created shareholders portal on its website www.hzlindia.com under tab investors where the shareholders desiring to have lower TDS deducted/ No TDS deducted from the third interim dividend amount payable to them for the financial year 2022-23 declared on January 19 2023 shall upload the requisite documents for lower tax deduction/ No tax deduction latest by January 30 2023 5:00 PM.
