Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all designated persons and connected persons from 1st April 2025 and same will be remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
