This is further to our letter dated 11.08.2021 pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Company has paid consideration of Rs. 3.60/- Crores towards acquisition of 3600000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Vadodara Jal Sanchay Private Limited today i.e. on 28.02.2025. The shares will be allotted by Vadodara Jal Sanchay Private Limited to the demat account of the Company in due course.
