GILLETTE INDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We would like to further inform you that the Board at the meeting to be held on February 102025 would also consider declaration of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25. The record date for payment of the Interim dividend if declared at the Board meeting will be Wednesday February 19 2025.
