Closure of Trading Window

The SEBI (PIT) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2019 has mandated the closure of trading window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. In view of the aforesaid it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company has been closed with effect from closure of trading hours on BSE from December 31 2024 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2024.
