Please find enclosed herewith confirmation certificate in the matter of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.

We wish you to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has today i.e. Monday January 06 2025 allotted 79412676 fully paid up Bonus Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 4:1 to the eligible members of the Company whose names appeared in the Register of Members / Register of the Beneficial Owners as on January 03 2025 the Record Date fixed for this purpose.Consequent to the aforesaid allotment the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 992658450/- divided into 99265845 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.The Board Meeting commenced at 10:30 am and concluded at 11:15 am.

The Company has been informed by the RTA of the Company that they have changed their name from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited with effect from 31st December 2024. The certificate of Incorporation issued by the Government of India Ministry of Corporate Affairs pursuant to the name change is enclosed hereunder. We request you to take note of the same and update the name of MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the RTA of the Company in your records.

Please be informed that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed with effect from Wednesday 1st January 2025 for the purpose of consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024. The Trading Window will reopen after 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024.
