We are enclosing herewith the Compliance Certificate under Reg 74 (5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulations 2018 received from M/s. Alankit Assignments Limited the RTA of the Company for the period from 01 Oct 2024 to 31 Dec 2024.

Pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 01 Jan 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31 Dec 2024.The date of Board Meeting to consider the above Financial Results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

In terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 we would like to inform that Shri Sanjay Panse (DIN:02725875) was appointed as a Part -Time Non Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company with effect from 27 Dec 2021 for a Period of three years by the Ministry of Defence vide its letter No. 11 (70)/2021/Misc/D(NS) dated 24 Dec 2021. The three years tennure of Shri Sanjay Panse has ended on 26 Dec 2024.Accordingly Shri Sanjay Panse ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 27 Dec 2024.

In continuance of our letter GRSE/BD-69/CA/44/24-25 dated 11 Dec 2024 and in terms of Reg 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015 We would like to inform that the Ministry of Defence Govt. of India vide its letter dated 10 Dec 2024 received on 11 Dec 2024 has nominated Dr. Garima Bhagat (DIN: 10881164) as the Part Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company. The Communication regarding obtaining her DIN number received on 23 Dec 2024.Accordingly Dr. Garima Bhagat (DIN: 10881164) has become Part time official Director (Government Nominee Director) of the Company w.e.f. 23 Dec 2024 till further orders of Ministry of Defence. In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform that the Ministry of Defence Government of India vide its letter dated 10 Dec 2024 received on 11 Dec 2024 has nominated Ms. Garima Bhagat as the Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company replacing Mr. Rajeev Prakash (DIN:08590061) who is a Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of the Company. Accordingly Mr. Rajeev Prakash has relinquished the post of Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) w.e.f. 11 Dec 2024.Ms. Garima Bhagat will assume directorship of the Company once she acquires her Director Identification Number (DIN) as per the provisions of the Companies Act 2013.
