Purusant to the SEBI ( Prohibition of insider trading) regulation 2015 as amedned from time to time we would like to inform you that the trading window of the coompany shall remain closed for all designated person from 1st April 2025 till completion 48 hours from the announcement to the stock exchange of the auditded financials results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2025.
