Intimation regarding approval and recommendation by the Board of Directors of the Company of the following - 1. Re-appointment of Mr. Pranav Deshpande (DIN 06467549) as Whole-Time Director and 2. Mr. Purab Gujar (DIN 01186763) as Director liable to retire by rotation subject to approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company. The meeting of Board of Directors concluded at 2.00 P.M.
