In terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with clarification issued by Stock Exchanges dated April 02 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company shall remain close for all promoters directors officers other designated persons and immediate relatives for the period from April 01 2025 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2025.The date of Board Meeting for declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2025 will be intimated in due course.
