Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Reg 2015 and Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons from 1st April 2025 onwards upto 72 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting (both days inclusive) which will be held for the consideration and approval of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter/ financial year ending 31st March 2025.
