pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations andDisclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 the shareholders of the Company at its Extra OrdinaryGeneral Meeting held on 24 December 2022 regularized the appointment of Mr. Rohit Dugar (DIN 07988480) as a Non-executive Independent Director not liable to retire by rotation to hold office for a term of five consecutive years till the conclusion of the 34° Annual general Meeting of the company that will be held in the year 2027with the policy on retirement and as may be determined by any applicablestatues rules regulations or guidelines thereto.
