Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 we would like to inform that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mr. Kedar Rao as Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Company w.e.f. April 1 2025.
