Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13 2023 we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has approved the appointment of Mr. Arpit Kumar Nagori General Manager- Corporate Finance of the Company as the Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. April 1 2025 till the time the new CFO is appointed by the Board.
