We refer to our intimation dated March 30 2024 regarding deferring setting up of new manufacturing facility in South India for the Steel Building Division through Everest Steel Building Private Limited (ESBPL) a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to FY 2024-25.We wish to inform you that the aforesaid setting up of manufacturing facility in R. Ananthpuram South India for the Steel Building Division is deferred to next Financial Year 2025-26. However activities pertaining to development of allotted land plot will commence shortly.
