This is to inform that we have received a letter from SEBI on 7th March 2025 inviting our attention to the SEBI circular dated 11th November 2024 in relation to disclosure required for related party transaction transacted at our AGM held on 10th August 2023 and advised to ensure the requisite disclosure in future. A copy of the said letter is attached herewith.
