Board Meeting Outcome for 1. Declaration Of Second Interim Dividend For The Financial Year 2024-252. Equity Investment In A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) - Group Captive Consumption Of Renewable Energy

The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10th February 2025 has declared Second Interim Dividend of Rs. 23/- per equity share of Rs.10/- each (230%) for the financial year ending 31st March 2025 resulting in an outflow of Rs. 354039460/- (subject to deduction of tax at source where applicable). The said Second Interim Dividend declared by the Board of Directors would be paid to the equity shareholders on or before 7th March 2025
