Notice of closure of trading windowPursuant to the provision of SEBI(Prohibition of insider trading) regulation 2015 as amended and the companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading (the code) we wish to inform you that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for the designation persons and their immediate relatives from April 01 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Result of the company for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2025.
