We would like to inform you that as per the Companys minimum Standards Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the PIT regulations the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed on and from 1st January 2023 and will re-open after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the third quarter ended 31st December 2022 by the Board of Directors of the Company.
