Pursuant to Regulation 29 (2) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations 2011 we are enclosing herewith the disclosure received from the Bandhan mutual fund that their shareholding in the company has increased by more than 2% of the paid up capital of the company i.e from 5.0117% to 7.2088%
