Easy Trip Planners Limited has signed Share Purchase Agreement with Glegoo Innovations Private Limited on 24th January 2023.The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 24th January 2023 has inter-alia considered and approved the acquisition of Glegoo Innovations Private Limited (Investee Company) by acquiring 55% share capital of the Investee Company.
