Pursuant to Regulation 30 the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Friday 21st February 2025 has inter alia considered and approved the proposal of raising of funds through private placement or any other permissible mode under applicable laws and/ or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate for an aggregate amount of Rs. 30 Crores in one or more trenches subject to the improvement of market and economic scenario.
