This is to inform that as per Companys code of conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by designated persons in the terms of SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended the Trading Window of the Company i.e. Dynacons Systems & Solutions Limited shall remain closed from April 01 2025 till 48 hours after the dissemination of the audited results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter and year ended on March 31 2025
