In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has signed a Supply Proposal for purchase of Natural Gas from Gujrat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (GSPC) for a period of three years effective from 1st May 2023.
