Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

With reference to our earlier intimation dated 09.01.2025 in respect of the change in the CFO of the Company we would like to reiterate that Mr. V Lakshmi Narayana has resigned from the office of CFO with effect from closing business hours of 06.02.2025. The said resignation was noted and accepted by the Board of Directors on 09.01.2025.(A copy of the resignation letter is attached herewith)
