This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended and Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders in sync with the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April 2025 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2025.Accordingly all Designated Persons of the company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.You are requested to take the same on record.
