Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we hereby inform that the Company has on January 23 2023 executed a joint venture agreement with Taehwa Enterprises India Private Limited. The disclosure as required under Schedule III of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9 September 2015.
