Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereto the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by its Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Saturday 31 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31 2022.
