Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement published on 2nd February 2023 in Financial Express (English - all editions) and in Sangbad Pratidin (Bengali - Kolkata edition) on the captioned subject.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 54 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_CRADT/CIR/P/2022/67 dated May 19 2022 a Nil Security Cover Certificate in respect of 3 year Unsecured Non-Convertible Redeemable Fully Paid-up Debentures of face value of Rs. 29/- each (ISIN: INE216A08027) is also enclosed.
