The Board of Directors of Bheema Cements Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company) have at their meeting held on Thursday the 13th day of February 2025interalia considered and approved other business items included in the agenda for this board meeting.However the agenda items pertaining to the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first Second and Third quarter of the FY 2024-25 ended on 30th June 2024 30th September2024 and 31st December2024 respectively along with Statutory Auditors Limited Review Report thereon were deferred for next meeting.
