In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 this is to inform to the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Wednesday 5th February 2025 has approved Un-Audited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor which is enclosed herewith Annexure. The Meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and concluded at 05:00 P.M.
