Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday the 11th February 2023 interalia to consider and approve:(i) Unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2022;(ii) Declaration of 3rd Interim Dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2022-23 if any.The 3rd Interim Dividend for financial year 2022-23 if declared shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose name appears on the Register of Members of the company on the record date i.e. 18th February 2023.

Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we are enclosing herewith Certificate received from M/s. KFin Technologies Limited the Registrar & Transfer Agent of the Company for quarter ended 31st December 2022.

In compliance with Regulation 57(5) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Chapter XI of SEBI operational Circular bearing reference no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS_Div1/P/CIR/2022/0000000103 dated July 292022 we hereby confirm that the Company has made payment of interest for 5000 Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs. 10 Lakh each aggregating to Rs. 500 Crores (INE787D08021) which was due during the quarter ended 31st December 2022.
