In furtherance of our letter dated 25 January 2023 informing the Exchanges regarding earnings conference call in respect of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 December 2022 we wish to inform that the said conference call was held today. The presentation made to the participants have been shared with the Exchanges vide our letter dated 30 January 2023. It has been informed to the Company by the Board of Directors of Bajaj Finserv Ventures Ltd. that with a view to expand its business it proposes to offer services in the field of Back-office operations Debt Management and allied services for various financial institutions subject to necessary approvals. While it will explore opportunities in the above areas it will continue to focus on alternative investments including investments in start-ups and property.

Further to our letter dated 25 January 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule Ill thereto please find enclosed herewith presentation of the financial results to be made to analyst/investor for the quarter ended 31 December 2022.

In terms of provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule Ill) and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 30 January 2023 have approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company prepared as per Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2022.
