with reference to the subject matter we would like to inform you that as per the Companys code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Pursuant to the provision of Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulatio2015(as amended time to time) trading window for the Directors Promoters and Designated Employee and Dependents family member shall remain close from 1st April 2025 till 48 hours from the announcement of outcome of Board Meeting of the Financial Results.
